AK Interactive 3rd Gen AFV Paint Set – US Olive Drab Modulation Set (AK11643)

Olive drab covered most Allied armour of the Second World War, and left flat it can make a Sherman look like a green shoebox. This AK Interactive 3rd Generation olive drab modulation set fixes that with four graduated tones (shadow, base, light and highlight) built for modulating large flat panels.

What’s in the box

• N9 Olive Drab as the shadow tone
• Olive Drab as the base coat
• Brownish Green for the lit areas
• APC Interior Light Green for the sharpest highlights

Best for

• US and Allied WWII armour in olive drab
• Shadow-to-highlight modulation on hulls and turrets
• Brush use, or thinned and airbrushed

Run through the four tones in order and a Sherman or half-track gains proper visual volume.
